You need to obey me, you need to obey your parents, you need to obey the police, you need to obey God. And most importantly, you should never ask why it is so.

You need to follow the land’s law, you need to do good things, you need to help your parents and listen to them, you need to love your creator, you should think why there is such a law and most important be happy, spread happiness.

With India being shutdown, there are so many videos circulating where the law enforcers like police are shouting at people, screaming at them and some victims reacting to it. People are applauding the law enforcers and those brave actions. There are tweets and comments all over which says such people’s legs should be broken, hands should be broken etc.

We should take a step back and think before applauding such videos. Think about how broken the system is right from its roots. We are actually promoting harassment and inappropriate behavior. Have we ever thought about the mental health of the people who go through this and what kind of people they will become going forward.

If we had changed the mindset right from the roots, the laws are enforced and marked permanently on the person’s history so they realize they can’t escape by violating a law, you will see a society where people go to the law enforcers for help and you will rather see the happy faces of them.

That will result in a happy family of the law enforcers itself which has a ripple effect.

Let’s be the change so our future self can be in a better world.
