Ramadan is here but we are here

At home we are so are you

Prayer is there but no gathering

Chanting is there but no laughing

We are so lucky that we have a home to shelter

When there are many with nothing to shelter

Yet my mind wanders for those days

Yet my eyes searches for those nights

Yet my soul seeks for those nights

When we all meet every day
