Virtual Net

It’s Monday 7 am 2030. Virtual Net version 10 has been activated already. This is a big update which claims to make it impossible for brain to distinguish between reality and virtuality. The new work world will make many humans very productive.

I went to my Virtual Net room and connected.

Wow, I feel I am still in my room. I tried to pinch me but it doesn’t hurt. Ok that confirms I am still in a virtual world, I smiled.

I got ready in a zoom with the system default digital dress and look. I looked in my mirror, I really looked like I was in my 20s. Outside home was a super sonic virtual car waiting. I got on it and zoomed to office.

In the virtual office, I was very happy to see people with no social distancing. Finally it feels real and no virus or violence around, i mused.

Only thing I miss is the lunch and food breaks. One thing we can’t do virtually yet.

This is still way better than 2020 when everything was still physical I mused. Now we have a party world, religious world, work world and whatever people wants at different maturity.

There is no more conflict for what different people needs, I felt relieved.

Or is it that the conflict just moved virtual like the money ? The money that went from physical gold coins to binary digits.
